Upon purchase, you will receive access to our comprehensive Custom CRM Platform, Consulting tools, digital goods, and SaaS product line. Access schedules will be outline within the scope of work for the project. A confirmation email with access details and any necessary instructions will be sent to you.

Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for our comprehensive Custom CRM Platform, consulting tools, digital goods, and SaaS product line. Refunds are available provided that the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used. Please note that consulting services are non-refundable once they have been delivered. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We aim to address all refund requests promptly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions to our SaaS products can be canceled at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided. Custom coded CRM software and consulting services can be canceled, but refunds will be based on the progress and terms agreed upon in the service contract.

Returns
